Job Description

Job Purpose

The Senior Software Engineer - SharePoint + PowerApps is a fully participating member of an agile feature team working independently on software development and problem resolution. The role involves technical design, software development, implementation and maintenance software solutions/products that support the Emirates Group Business. In this role you will: - Work with senior technical engineers in the technical design process by contributing in the analysis of technical application requirements. - Convert technical solutions for small to medium sized initiatives into low level design and working code. - Independently write secure and optimized code through implementation of company's approved coding standards. - Be part of the rotational on-call support and actively participate in resolving production issues within SLAs with minimal or no active supervision. - Accountable for built in quality and ensuring 100% unit testing as part of the CI/CD pipeline. - Ensure re-factoring practices are adequately adopted to ensure minimum code debt.

Qualifications & Experience

To be considered for this role, you must meet the below requirements: - Required Skills: - 3+ years of relevant experience with Microsoft 365, SharePoint Framework, add-ins, SharePoint Online custom development, Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Power platform and cloud computing technologies - 3+ years of relevant experience with SharePoint-2019, SharePoint Subscription Edition (SE), migrations to SharePoint Microsoft 365. Administration, SharePoint hybrid deployments (modern and classic) with custom and out-of-box webparts. -3+ years of relevant experience in integration of Office 365 components, Power Platform integration, SharePoint CSOM, JSOM, Rest API, Microsoft Graph API, .Net framework.
