Overview

As a Java Full Stack Developer (Springboot), you will lead the development of complex software solutions using the Springboot technologies. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, architect scalable solutions, and ensure the successful delivery of projects. Your expertise in Java Full Stack will be instrumental in mentoring junior developers, conducting code reviews, and driving technical excellence within the team.

Responsibilities

Software Development:

• Design, develop, and test scalable and maintainable software applications using Java framework.
• Implement robust and efficient algorithms, data structures, and coding patterns.
• Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
  
  

Technical Leadership

• Provide technical guidance and leadership to a team of developers, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.
• Conduct code reviews to maintain code quality, identify areas for improvement, and mentor junior team members.
  
  

System Architecture And Design

• Architect and design solutions that are scalable, flexible, and align with the organization's technical strategy.
• Evaluate and recommend appropriate technologies and tools to achieve project goals.
  
  

Integration And APIs

• Integrate applications with various third-party services, databases, and APIs.
• Develop and maintain RESTful APIs for seamless data exchange between applications.
  
  

Performance Optimization

• Identify performance bottlenecks and optimize code and database queries for enhanced application performance.
• Monitor and troubleshoot application issues to ensure high availability and reliability.
  
  

Testing And Quality Assurance

• Develop and execute unit tests, integration tests, and automated test suites to validate software functionality and performance.
• Collaborate with the QA team to ensure software quality and participate in debugging and resolving issues.
  
  

Documentation And Reporting

• Maintain clear and comprehensive technical documentation for all development activities.
• Provide regular project status updates and reports to the project manager and stakeholders.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven 4+ years of experience as a Java Full Stack Developer or similar role with a strong track record of delivering successful projects.
• In-depth knowledge of Springboot, C#, .NET framework, ASP.NET, SharePoint Online, and SharePoint Server.
• Proficiency in web development technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and front-end frameworks (e.g., Angular, React).
• Experience with database design and development using SQL Server or other relational databases.
• Strong understanding of software design principles, design patterns, and best practices.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle complex technical challenges.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
• Proactive attitude with a passion for continuous learning and staying up-to-date with industry trends.
