Job Description
Knowledge:
- Sound knowledge of lubricants business.
- Good knowledge of GCC and Non-GCC custom regulations as well as duty exemptions for trade within Middle East regions.
- Knowledge on socio-economic-political framework of the countries under TEMME.
Skills:
- Perfect Selling and Negotiation Skills
- Strong Relationship Management skills for distributors
- Analytical & comprehension skills. Trend analysis and forecasting would be advantage
- Strong communication and Presentation skills (MS-Word, Excel, PPT)
- Language Proficiency English is a must (write, read & speak), Arabic language proficiency is an added advantage
Education:
- Engineering or Management Graduate
Experience:
- 6-8 years of experience (at least 3 years in a managerial capacity) within sales function of direct distributor management.
- Prior experience in lubricants, automotive spare parts, construction industries is preferred.
