Job Description

We are working on an exciting opportunity with a global private investor based in Abu Dhabi. They are looking to expand their team at the associate level to focus on their private equity fund investments. What the job involves

Working on all aspects of the transaction process, including execution of investments into private equity funds
Developing and analysing financial models for potential investments
Supporting in due diligence
Assisting in portfolio management activities, including discussions with underlying GPs and companies, as well as preparing internal reports

Who we are looking for

You will have a Bachelors, and/or Masters, degree from a top-tier University
Experience from a top-tier investment bank in M&A
Strong analytical and financial modelling abilities is required alongside the ability to present and communicate effectively
The ability to relocate and be based full-time in Abu Dhabi
