Job Description

Job Purpose
The purpose of the role of the Coordinator is to provide support to the People and Purpose team, participating in Strategic People initiatives, delving administration and coordination, and supporting all reporting activities.

Strategic Responsibility
Support the Head of People and Purpose, providing inputs in the development of strategy and supporting the translation of these into business priorities.

Operational Responsibility

  • Support the People and Purpose team through effective delivery of administrations activities and coordination, in line with the departmental objectives.
  • Coordination administrative activities linked to People activities including Performance Management, Training and Talent Development, and projects in order ensure efficient and effective delivery.
  • Provide general administrative support with e.g Recruitment and Onboarding, Induction, preparing reports, training requests in order to deliver a great experience for new and existing employees.
  • Support the Head of department to develop and maintain Human Resource Policy and Procedures to ensure employees and staff are up to date and reflect business requirements.
  • Review and analyze activates related to a variety of people aspects - e.g Performance Management, Exit interviews, etc, creating reports to respond to business needs, including employee metrics.
  • Coordinate Training and Talent Initiatives, ensuring that all activities are run in a seamless manner and followed up.
  • Work with HR team members across the group, supporting the development of career plans, Individual Development plans, and talent

  • A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
  • 2 yrs work experience
