Job Description

Reporting to the HR Manager & People Development Lead Middle East.

Your first role will be to support the operational activity for the 3 activities at the office (Fashion, Fragrances & Beauty, and Watches & Fine Jewellery) and the Corporate Functions. And you will contribute to the Talent Development management for the Market.

Your main responsibilities are:

  • HR management for all short-term contracts at the office:

Support daily the teams and managers for this population on all different HR topics

Provide advice and coaching to employees.

Ensure the recruitment, induction, and follow-up.

Organize Campus Days with target schools.

Animate and follow the Interns Community through events and support adapted.

Support them in their development and the next steps.

  • Learning management for Middle East Market (Office & Retail population) :

Elaboration and deployment of the Training Plan

Organization and follow-up of learning sessions (training, masterclass, workshops, journey)

Engineering of training aligned with the expectations

Following the budget with the HR Manager and the Finance Team

  • Schools Partnership:

Implementation and coordination of partnerships and actions with schools and universities in the Region

  • Performance Development and Management:

Support the HR Manager to promote and coordinate the Annual Performance Conversations

Ensure the awareness of the philosophy and be the referent for Workday.

And globally, we will participate in the development and implementation of major transversal HR Development programs for Office and Retail.

  • You have a masters degree and a first strong experience as an HRBP in an international company.
  • An experience in Learning- People Development would be an advantage.
  • You have excellent relations and communication skills as well as a real sense of service. You can lead different topics and projects with passion and enthusiasm.
  • You are very well-organized and rigorous.
  • You are at ease with figures and like human relations. You are creative and like to work in a project way.
  • Your analytic skills, your capacity to structure ideas, and your ability to take initiative will be key to success in this position.
  • English and pack office are a must.
  • French would be an advantage.
