Job Description
Lead the complete budget cycle which includes People Budget and people cost accounting management for (Asia, Europe, Africa & MENA) With the aim to increase the overall BRF compliance pillar, through the direct and indirect management of the HR processes and initiatives. This role will be responsible for ensuring that the budget is produced in a timely manner and controlled throughout the financial cycle and co-create, develop, enhance, and deploy the necessary strategy, processes, and norm with HR Leaders & other stakeholders. This role should drive strong analytical skills, this includes examining and analyzing budgeting and accounting reports for the purpose of maintaining expenditure controls. It is imperative that the HR Budget Sr Analyst maintains correct, up to date forecast of all expenses for OPEXs and COGS's. Deviations to the budget to be reported as appropriate, must develop and present monthly/quarterly and yearly financial update reports for each entity to senior management variations to budget and detailed status for saving/overspend.
Requirements
Bachelors Degree in business administration of any related field
Minimum of 5 Years Experience In Payroll And Accounting
Fluent in English
Knowledge & Skills
Strong analytical skills paired with systematic approach.
Results driven individual who can work independently with excellent organizational skills.
Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
Preferable experience in working with SAP & SF.
Knowledge of relational databases such as MS SQL
Entrepreneurial spirit and strong communication skills
