Job Description

Key Accountabilities

  • Support the Organization in developing, implementing and facilitating transformational organizational development initiatives
  • Drive a learning culture by identifying organizational learning and development opportunities and solutions including the leadership development and implementing OD / L&D initiatives and best practices
  • Lead, drive and implement key HR projects in Learning & Development, taking it from conceptualization phase to development and implementation phase
  • Establish and drive the Rewards and Recognition framework for the entity in order to establish the framework in line with the groups vision and strategic objectives
  • Conceptualize, develop and implement the Engineering Graduate Training Program to offer a highly structured and engaging career development framework for the Engineers
  • Support HR & Admin Manager in creating a high performance culture through change management, recognition practices, facilitation of individual development plans, etc
  • Review and analyze current resource and future capability levels through talent reviews and succession planning; lead talent assessments and make recommendations to senior management on ways to address potential gaps
  • Manage the entire performance management cycle ensuring effective implementation of goal setting, quarterly feedback, and annual review process
  • Facilitate internal learning events and workshops
  • Design, develop and drive creative HR Induction program for new joiners
  • Manage the Internship program for Interns in line with Talent Pool Acquisition initiative and objectives
  • Design and develop a Behavioural and Technical Competency Framework identifying critical organizational skills, attributes and behaviours
  • Conduct job evaluations for all jobs within the organization. Support HR & Admin Manager in finalizing the grading structure of the job positions
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to create meaningful job contents for all the existing and new job positions within the organizations
  • Collaborate with Group & Entity HR to drive various group projects within the entity
